The Connections and Cocktails networking series is missioned towards fostering empowering engagements by curating unique yet intrinsically innovative socials that incite inclusion among visionaries. Last nights networking soiree helped cement our mission as a necessity in the community. Without a shadow of doubt we know our success entirely hinges on YOU, our guests! We kicked off the evening with a mix and mingle accompanied by complimentary lite bits and sounds provided by DJ Tazer. Many of you had the opportunity to speak with our partners about their offerings and endeavors. Just in time for summer, Glamology Boutique brought some of the HOTTEST fashion trends. You had the opportunity to learn about the importance of eliminating toxins from feminine hygiene products with Inspire. Houston’s trusted realtor, Endelea of Agents DFW, shared the importance of home ownership and investing.

As the night transitioned to our speed networking, attendees enjoyed insightful brand development tips and stories from our amazing panel. We enlisted some of Texas top millennial entrepreneurs of vast industries including style influencer Authentically B, celebrity-stylist Joshua O Johnson, PR strategist I Am Phreshy, beauty guru Mya James, social activist Stephen D’Wayne, the J Mulan Agency, and event expert Nishia Da Diva. Our surprise guest, LA Powerhouse and branding advisor Octavious Terry, trekked all the way from LA to share his brand development story and provide comprehensive tips how to OWN your industry!

Following our panel discussion, guests built synergy and shared knowledge ranging from the importance of authenticity and being BOLD about your brand. While engaging we enjoyed a performance by Houston up-and-comer Jonathan Harris and capped off the evening with swag bags sponsored by Curls Natural Haircare. Our swag bag sponsors provided each and every guest the frizz-free hair care bundle of which included the 4 times nominated Innovative Product of the Year blueberries conditioner. IT IS SENSATIONAL!
